Our Services may include role-based candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting, interview coordination, documentation checks, and general guidance on visa pathways relevant to employment in Australia.TalentGo Australia is a recruitment services provider. We are not a law firm and, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we are not a Registered Migration Agent. 2. Definitions

Where a Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement prevails to the extent of that conflict.4.3 Employers are responsible for ensuring that any role, offer of employment, or sponsorship complies with applicable Australian workplace, anti-discrimination, and migration law.4.4 Where TalentGo Australia introduces a Candidate to an Employer, the Employer agrees not to engage that Candidate directly (including via a related entity) for the purpose of avoiding an applicable placement fee, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Services for Candidates

6. No Guarantee of Employment or Visa Outcomes
6.1 TalentGo Australia facilitates introductions and provides guidance but does not control hiring decisions made by Employers or visa decisions made by the Department of Home Affairs or other Australian government authorities.6.2 We do not guarantee that any Candidate will obtain employment, that any Employer will find a suitable hire, or that any visa application will be approved. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including an applicant’s qualifications and experience, an Employer’s requirements, and the decisions of Australian immigration authorities.
7. Visa and Migration Guidance
7.1 Any general guidance provided through the Website or our Services regarding visa pathways, sponsorship, or relocation is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute immigration assistance or legal advice.7.2 Under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth), only a Registered Migration Agent or an authorised legal practitioner may lawfully provide immigration assistance for a fee. 8. Fees and Payment
8.1 Fees payable by Employers for recruitment, screening, or related Services will be set out in the applicable Service Agreement, proposal, or invoice.8.2 Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted exclusive of GST and are payable in Australian dollars (AUD).8.3 Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing Services until outstanding amounts are paid in full.8.4 Any cancellation or refund terms applicable to a specific engagement will be set out in the relevant Service Agreement.
